Should passenger(s) arrive after the scheduled time, reservation shall be deemed abandoned and no refund will be provided.
Smoking is prohibited in all seats. Also please refrain from talking on the cell-phone when on-board.
Drinking alcohol on Amy-Go is strongly prohibited.
Also, drunkard may not be allow to board the bus because this may cause inconvenience to other passenger(s).
Please be aware when bus is on the road, unforeseen delay is expected due to weather, traffic and road condition.
Should the bus arrival be delayed, we shall not be held responsible for the payment of accommodation, taxi fares, train fares should passenger(s) decide to choose an alternative method of transport.

【Regarding baggage on board】 Baggage exchange ticket
Only one item of hand baggage is permitted per person can be brought on-board. In principle, only one baggage is allowed per person to be loaded in the trunk. (Dimension of baggage, Max size/50cm×60cm×120cm, max weight/30kgs) Due to limited trunk room storage space, multiple baggage may be rejected.
When alighting, please present the stub of your baggage exchange ticket for baggage collection. Please be careful not to lose the stub.
Baggage as big as suitcase will be loaded in the trunk, but we ask for your cooperation in confirming the baggage. Baggage too big for trunk space may be rejected, please check the size beforehand. (Animals such as pets are not allowed on board our buses or entrust to us)
